Andreï Korobeinikov is a keyboard prodigy (with no less than twenty competitions won to his name) and an enlightened young mind (he holds a law degree and has published several books). For this new recital, he will navigate from Beethoven to his beloved Scriabin (he is one of his most accomplished interpreters) and will delve into a myth that those under 20 may not know, and yet! A magical concert, entirely improvised by the unclassifiable Keith Jarrett in January 1975 in Cologne (hence the name of the discographic recording published in the wake of the concert). Fifty years after that memorable evening, this improvisation has become a classic far beyond jazz enthusiasts. Rarely played in concert, Korobeinikov offers us the opportunity tonight to "(re)live" its first part.
