Chantal Ladesou - Forever

Presenting Chantal Ladesou's new show means presenting Chantal herself, Iconic as ever: her character, her way of speaking, of seeing with her own eyes, of recalling as a spectator of the world everything that stirs our hearts. An eclectic showgirl, popular but not only that, Chantal Ladesou surprises us every time with her wit, her gutsy charm and her natural touch across every corner of the media: on radio with Les Grosses Têtes, on stage last season with 1983, in recurring television game shows such as Mask Singer, in the series as a school headmistress in SAM, as a detective in Le Fil d'Ariane, and in films as a cheating and corrupt property developer in Chasse Gardée with Didier Bourdon, whose sequel is currently being shot, and again in Maison de Retraite with Kev Adam, whose film is being adapted into a series that will soon be on the small screen too.

Placing derision at the heart of our situations in an upside-down world, Chantal, sometimes even unconsciously upside-down herself, drives the fate of our everyday dramas, rendering them so human and sometimes so trivial in their flaws regarding what truly matters that they become lovable, acceptable, if not even a source of salutary perspective. A Chantal show means rediscovering the mischief of our adolescence, rediscovering the balance and stamina of our youth. Her electric sketches capture our foibles and provoke without wounding our consciences, addressing the full range of her audience, from the youngest people of today and yesterday to the oldest, even older than they are, all in unison, unless it is an audience of young old people or old people who are still young.

You will find the competition of the showbiz world, self-esteem and sometimes less-than-proper pride, egos and tripping up among actors and actresses, as well as the life of our parents, our couple stories, our battles with time, and everything else that can complete her previous show, On The Road Again.
