Lio - Tournée

Breakthrough hit Banana Split made Lio one of today's greatest French-language pop icons. The release of Banana Split in 1979 paved the way for a string of hits including Amoureux Solitaires, Amicalement Vôtre, and Week-end à Rome, a duet with Étienne Daho.

With 11 albums to her name, Lio makes a grand return with her 12th studio album: Geoid Party in the Sky. A record born from a desire to return to her first loves and to pay tribute to the wonderful encounters life has brought her.

The wonderful encounters of her career follow, and that is above all what her new project is rich in.

Lio therefore called on some of the biggest names of the new pop generation: Louane, Hoshi, Corine, Isia Marie, Betta Lemme, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Marie Darrieussecq and Sofia Portanet have all agreed to write for the Belgian-Portuguese icon.

Each text is written above all around an encounter or a transmission, and addresses themes common to all women, of every generation. Lio will be touring throughout France and on the legendary stage of the Olympia in Paris on 17 December 2026!
