Grieg's Piano Concerto seduces from the very first measures with its passion and lyricism: the piano deploys Scandinavian popular themes in brilliant and passionate virtuosity, also capable of delicate poetry, sublimated by the grace and masterful touch of Takuma Ishii, multi-awarded Japanese soloist, lover of Romantic repertoire.

The Île-de-France National Orchestra, under the sensitive baton of conductor Eugène Tzigane, will continue the exploration of dreamed landscapes with Dvořák's "New World" Symphony: composed in the United States, this score blends epic breath and nostalgia, making the great classical tradition dialogue with East European folklore.
