Beethoven et la Nature

CHILDREN'S INTRODUCTORY CONCERT · BEETHOVEN AND NATURE Cast: Conductor: Félix BENATI, winner of the Édouard Colonne Competition · Aurélien BOIREAU: Flute, Orchestre Colonne. Presenter: Julie TERRANTI. Programme: BEETHOVEN: Symphony No. 6 “Pastoral”. BIROTHEAU*: World premiere.

In partnership with the composition class of Olivier Calmel at the Conservatoire du 12e. Recommended from age 4. What if nature walked into the concert hall… just for your ears?! With Ludwig van Beethoven's Symphony No.

6 “Pastoral”, music comes to life and paints landscapes: the murmur of a brook, the joyful dances of a village, the sudden flash of a storm, then the return to calm.

Throughout the concert, children are invited to listen, feel and imagine: to recognise the sounds of these pastoral scenes, follow the emotions of the music, and let themselves be carried away by the images Beethoven brings to life with his orchestra.

So, ready to hear this world awaken to the sounds of the instruments?!

During this concert, the spotlight falls on tomorrow's talents with a work for flute and orchestra by a young composer, Darius Birotheau, performed by Aurélien Boireau, winner of the Édouard Colonne Competition 2026! La Seine Musicale does not admit children under 3 into the hall.
