Overview
Accompanied by the poetic line of Grégoire Pont, who animates his drawings live, Christophe Rousset and Les Talens Lyriques turn the masterpieces of Vivaldi and Jean-Féry Rebel into a visual and musical experience for the whole family.
Here, baroque music is as much to be watched as it is to be heard. From Vivaldi's celebrated The Four Seasons to Rebel's Les Éléments – a striking fresco of the birth of the world, from chaos to harmony – the works come alive in images.
Seated on stage with his tablet, the illustrator Grégoire Pont creates a dreamlike world in real time, which comes to life in step with the violin of Gilone Gaubert.
This dialogue between orchestra and drawing offers an immersive and captivating show, bringing out with humour and poetry the vitality of these scores for audiences of all ages. Duration: 1h15 without interval PROGRAMME VIVALDI Les Quatre saisons REBEL Les Éléments
