Ormes » is a circus show through which the duo Agathe & Adrien pushes the limits and expectations of their own bodies, as well as gender norms. The duo Agathe & Adrien works at the boundaries of circus, dance and theatre/performance.

Provocative, dysfunctional and tender, their piece leads the spectator to question their own preconceptions. The story features two protagonists and their relationship, navigating between complicity and a struggle for power.

Skilfully combining hand-to-hand, Icarian games and dance, the stage becomes an arena. Little by little, the archetypes fall away in combat, making room for a quest for friendship and equity, in strength and fluidity.

With a minimalist set design and the rich lighting of Claire Seyller, we follow this relationship through moments of frenzy and exhaustion.

The original score by Simon Leoza carries us through the intimate and grandiose evolution of the protagonists, where the exchange of roles and lifts blurs all our preconceptions.
