Ten years ago, Jacques Gamblin, Laurent de Wilde and their fellow musicians made words swing and rhythm dance in a generous, poetic musical show, Ce que le Djazz fait à ma Djambe. Now the two accomplices meet face to face. Laurent, with his black notes and white notes, and Jacques, with his words, his contradictions and his contra-dances. While one tracks down the unspoken sounds of his piano, the other unearths comical stories and his singular, vibrant and absurd poetry.
Both speak of sound in order to speak of silence. To speak of silence, one would have to be quiet, but they do not know how to do it.
Feel the emotion of sound, the joy of music or the silence you dream of. Listening to your heart beat is musical, and it is contagious!
