Ten years ago, Jacques Gamblin, Laurent de Wilde and their musician friends made words swing and rhythm dance in a poetic and generous musical show, Ce que le Djazz fait à ma Djambe. The two companions are reunited for a tête-à-tête.
Laurent with his black and white notes, Jacques with his words, his misunderstandings and his contradances. While one tracks the unconfessed sounds of his piano, the other unearths funny stories and his singular, vibrant and absurd poetry. Both talk about sound to talk about silence. To talk about silence, one would have to be quiet, but they don't know how. To experience the emotion of sound, the joy of music or the silence one dreams of. Listening to your heart beat is musical and contagious!
