Overview
Michael De Cock theatre Salle Topor Duration 1h30 Can art save the world?
A stand-up version of his book Seule l’imagination peut nous sauver, this one-man show, highly participatory, questions the democratic virtues of culture while drawing us into a racy story.
A night-time stroll alongside Paris Hilton, who cheerfully criss-crosses the continents. An emblematic figure of the Flemish theatre scene, Michael De Cock never abandons either his humour or his convictions. His account is a headlong rush punctuated by poems, music and frank interactions with the audience. Mischievous and generous, this show is an ode to our imaginations and to the benefits of creation, a political manifesto that takes on the guise of an electric, passionate show.
