Transforming a literary idea into choreographic material, Stefania Tansini, a rising star of the Italian scene, creates a female trio of rare intensity, tracing the path of sensory memory. Drawing from Marcel Proust's famous madeleine episode, Stefania Tansini constructs a piece for three dancers that delves into the heart of that moment when the past bursts into the present with dazzling power. She invents a dance in perpetual mutation, which deconstructs gestures, fragments them, until they disappear only to be reborn differently. The bodies, inhabited by multiple presences, interact with a space that itself becomes a play partner, constantly modifying their trajectories. Between choreographic precision and attentiveness to the environment, the dance here opens up a territory where perception, memory, and imagination merge. A singular work that invites us to gently welcome the images, reminiscences, and sensory qualities that the body's memory awakens.
