Poetics of imbalance
UN PETIT PAS DE TROP brings together Kader Attou, Régis Truchy and Mansour Abdessadok in a creation where hip-hop blends with burlesque. Between mastery and slip-up, the three performers turn error into an art of rebound. Funny, poetic and virtuosic, this family-friendly piece explores the beauty of imbalance and the expressive power of the body. The choreography by Kader Attou (…) makes the most of the elasticity of bodies, the amplitude of movements, the breaks and undulations. Never conventional, his dance draws on the contemporary, even the classical, so as to escape factions and nourish its sensitive DNA. Sceneweb
