With Static Shot, Maud Le Pladec, head of the prestigious Ballet de Lorraine and director of dance for the 2024 Olympic Games ceremonies, orchestrates an uninterrupted flow, like a choreographic sequence shot in which nothing truly begins or ends.

Carried by the electronic music of Chloé Thévenin and Pete Harden, the dancers compose shifting tableaux, crossed by surges, breaks and syncopations. The whole pulses, vibrates, saturates. A continuous, hypnotic intensity that captures the gaze without ever letting it go.

A change of focal length with a Folia. Here, Marco da Silva Ferreira revives a Portuguese Renaissance dance and projects it into the raw energy of the present.

To a score that blends the baroque composition of Arcangelo Corelli with electronic pulses, bodies gather, challenge one another and ignite.
