Overview
In 1986, the famous Swedish hard rock band Europe reached the top of the world with their album 'The Final Countdown'. It went on to become a global phenomenon, selling more than 15 million copies worldwide and reaching number 1 in 26 countries!
Besides the timeless title track (more than seven hundred and fifty-eight million streams on Spotify alone, to date), hits such as 'Rock the Night', 'Carrie', 'Ninja' and 'Cherokee' still feature in the playlists of every melodic-rock fan today.
2026 marks the 40th anniversary of this legendary album, and for this symbolic anniversary Europe will perform it in full on the Olympia stage!
The band and their charismatic singer Joey Tempest are proud and excited to play this pivotal third album from first note to last, alongside other great songs from their rich back catalogue and more recent work. A great moment to look forward to.
Europe will be in concert at L'Olympia on 6 October 2026, with special guest The Damn Truth.
