Overview
Ferdi is a saxophonist and emerging figure on the Brussels-Paris music scene in recent years. He lives in the Belgian capital and is originally from France. After 15 years of conservatory training, he decided to take an interest in production, quickly became a key figure on the current scene and launched his solo project.
He soon collaborated with artists such as pianist Sofiane Pamart, funk legend Dabeull and his trumpet-playing friend Béesau. Following his first solo EP "Val Duchesse", very well received by critics, he decided to collaborate with Dabeull on an album at the crossroads of their two universes. This musical encounter quickly became an obvious choice, which can be savoured on the album "Romance", released on 8 September 2024.
In line with his first EP, Ferdi released his first solo album "TAKE 01" in 2024, in a jazz/indie-pop universe. On stage, he played at the legendary New Morning in Paris, sold out months in advance, before continuing his tour in spring and summer with a stop at the Alhambra on 10 June next!
