Geoffroy Delorme

At a time when ecological crises oblige us to rethink our place in the world, how can we reconnect with the nature we have gradually learned to watch from a distance?

At the end of his adolescence, Geoffroy Delorme leaves behind the usual frameworks of social life to settle alone in a forest in Normandy. For seven years, without a tent, shelter or equipment, he lives to the rhythm of the seasons and wild animals.

Little by little, he wins the trust of roe deer, observes their behaviour, shares their territory and develops an intimate understanding of their ways of life. This exceptional experience gave rise to L'Homme-chevreuil, a narrative that has become a publishing phenomenon.

Far more than a personal adventure, this testimony questions how we inhabit the Earth and our relationship with others. What can we learn from animals? How can we become sensitive to the world around us once again? What does it mean to live with nature rather than alongside it?

Punctuated by drawings made live and accompanied by music, this encounter will blend storytelling, observation of living things and reflection on the bonds of trust that can form between humans and the animal world.
