From Django to Wes Montgomery
A new phenomenon in jazz, Hugo Guezbar has already played with the greats! This young guitarist from Montpellier impresses with his musical maturity and playing.
He gained attention by opening the 2018 Django Reinhardt festival with Django Legacy collective and the You and the Night and Music evening at Salle Pleyel in 2021.
He also replaced Rocky Gresset (Thomas Dutronc's guitarist) on stages bringing together the best musicians of the style, so you could hear him play alongside Noé Reinhardt, Adrien Moignard, Steeve Laffont, Yorgui Loeffler!
Accompanied by Mathieu Chatelain on rhythm guitar and Estéban Felix on bass, they will present a crossover repertoire alternating Django Reinhardt, Wes Montgomery and Georges Benson, in which the trio's sound gives full meaning to this heterogeneity!
