In an elegant setting, our talented chefs cook live before your eyes, while Paris reveals its finest monuments. A delicious interlude in the heart of the City of Light. We've thought of everything to make this the best place to brunch in Paris!

On the breakfast side: pastry buffet (croissant - pain au chocolat - lemon cake - bread - butter - jam - Nutella - honey).

Drinks included in the package: unlimited hot drinks (homemade hot chocolate, coffee, mint tea), 1/2 bottle of water per person, freshly squeezed orange juice. On the gourmet buffet side: Sushi station: salmon and tuna sushi, California maki with salmon and tuna, sashimi.

Open sandwich buffet: lobster bread, stracciatella, cherry tomato, pesto genovese sauce, black olive powder; lobster bread, tuna, egg, mayonnaise, tomato strips.

Hot station: mini pitas of slow-cooked beef chuck, caramelised onions, fresh salad; caramelised salmon escalope; crispy breaded cod (fish & chips style); omelette (toppings: cheese, mixed herbs); turkey ham and emmental croque-monsieur; pizza (tuna and caper - margherita - turkey ham); fresh pasta served from a parmesan wheel; hot dog; egg brick pastry; pancakes.

Salads: mini penne, surimi, cocktail sauce; little gem lettuce; cucumber, gravlax salmon; cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and mango; Caesar salad. Dish of the day: example: poultry aiguillettes, lemon-reduced chicken jus.
