Composer Marc-Olivier Dupin has transformed Jules Verne's famous novel into a total spectacle in which the music instantly evokes the stages of the journey, suggesting through varied colours and rhythms a singular and disorientating atmosphere. The music, by turns mysterious and frenzied, makes us live each stage of their fantastic ride across the continents of Phileas Fogg, an English gentleman, and Passepartout, his faithful servant. The orchestra, a narrator and animated illustrations guide us through this mad adventure.

Laughter, suspense and wonder guaranteed for young and old alike in this breathtaking musical journey around the world. Jules Verne, as ever, remains an unrivalled virtuoso of the art of the serial novel.
