Overview

Duration: 1h45 (without interval). With an exceptional troupe of dancers, a French choreographer based in New York pays a stirring tribute to Maurice Ravel.

The show is an intense choreographic triptych: Bolero - An abstract, hypnotic vision of movement, electric energy, an unstoppable crescendo! Daphnis et Chloé - Where the impressionist energy of the music invents an abstract, sensual and luminous world.

A work celebrating nature and humanity in fluid, expressive dance. Wien – Set to the music of La Valse, the dance offers an icy reflection on the collapse that led to the Second World War, tackling themes of intolerance, racism and sectarianism.

"Musically relevant, visually striking and kinetically thrilling. " The Daily Gazette. Director/choreographer: Pascal Rioult. Music: Maurice Ravel
