Murmures

Presented by Le Théâtre du Merlan. Over the course of a danced score, Nathalie Pernette reveals a magical forest filled with dreams and enchantment.

It's here that a small fantastical world of plants and animals comes to life, one the two performers connect us to through their dance and exchanges.

The forest can also be heard: it lets its sounds ring out — some worrying, some intriguing, some cracking, some amusing, some soothing — along with the voices of its inhabitants, from the tiniest to the largest.

Finally, the forest is this great, charming seductress, unfurling its beautiful palette of richly patterned costumes. Through dance, the choreographer translates the forest's sources of wonder, unease and calm.

On this musical, sensory stroll, it's to the whispers of the trees that you'll need to lend an ear...
