Three childhood friends, three artists, three ways of living music. Loosely inspired by Glenn Gould, Jean-François Sivadier explores the most intimate workings of artistic vocation.

This was one of the highlights of the last season at the T/SQY before its renovation: what a pleasure to see again this play of rare intensity, carried by an outstanding trio of actors.

Raphaël, Swan and Mathis. The first two are virtuosos, the third a genius. They meet at a prestigious music school and become inseparable. Over the course of their studies, their paths nevertheless diverge.

There is no instrument on stage, yet the actors literally make music visible through their gestures, which turn into dance. A feat!

As memorable scenes follow one another, a passionate, lively, profound and often funny discussion unfolds about the relationship to creation and to life.
