Presented by Les Bords de Scènes

A major figure of the contemporary accordion, Vincent Peirani shapes a universe in constant metamorphosis, where jazz, classical music, pop pulses and improvisation converse without borders. He had delighted the Les Bords de Scènes audience in 2024 alongside Les Chanteurs d’oiseaux. Here, surrounded by exceptional instrumentalists – Émile Parisien on saxophone, Tony Paeleman on keyboards, Julien Herné on bass and Yoann Serra on drums – he leads a quintet of rare delicacy. These peerless musicians explore the substance of time: time that stretches, fractures, accelerates or hangs suspended. Born in the forced silence of the pandemic, this project questions our inner rhythms, blending ancient dances, baroque resonances and contemporary energy. An intense and luminous evening, carried by a unique artist whose accordion can express everything.
