Sonia Bazanta Vides, known as Totó la Momposina, born on 1 August 1940 in Talaigua Nuevo (Bolívar, Colombia) and who died on 19 May 2026 in Celaya (Guanajuato, Mexico), was a Colombian singer, dancer and composer, working in the traditional music and dance of Colombia's Caribbean region.
