It all begins when, as a young reporter, Élodie Émery starts a series of articles on new personal development practices. Naturally, she intends to criticise this neo-spiritual quest that makes fortunes for gurus of all kinds. But perhaps she also secretly seeks, like everyone else, the recipe for happiness? It's almost by chance that she uncovers a sexual and financial scandal that shakes Tibetan Buddhism to its very core. This ten-year investigation propels her onto the shortlist for the Albert Londres prize, leads to a documentary film, and to this solo performance, driven by her exceptional writing, her comedic talent, and her investigative work.
