For her debut at the Paris Opera, the British choreographer brings her favourite themes together in her new creation devoted to George Sand.

Set to a score by Philip Feeney, she explores the passion between the writer and Frédéric Chopin, the mother-daughter relationship, as well as the process of artistic creation.

In a subtle interplay of correspondences, her creation echoes Thierry Malandain's Nocturnes (2014), a piece for 22 dancers now entering the Paris Opera's repertoire.
