In a few words
First Prize winner of the Tchaikovsky Competition in 2015, the few appearances the Russian pianist has made in France so far have garnered nothing but praise and acclaim. This was the case during a stunning Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto No. 1 performed with the Orchestre National de France in 2020, followed by his first recitals at La Roque-d’Anthéron, the Philharmonie de Paris, and right here. This season, he embarks on the challenge of performing Rachmaninov's complete piano works over three recitals. For this third event, he will perform the Symphonic Dances in a transcription by the composer himself.
