Lio - Tournée

Revealed by her unmissable single Banana Split, Lio today stands as one of the greatest icons of French-language pop. The release of Banana Split in 1979 paved the way for a run of hits such as Amoureux Solitaires, Amicalement Vôtre, and Week-end à Rome, a duet with Étienne Daho.

With 11 albums to her name, Lio makes a grand return with her 12th studio album: Geoid Party in the Sky. An record born from the desire to return to her first loves and to pay tribute to the wonderful encounters that life has given her.

Then to the wonderful encounters of her career, and it is above all this that her new project is rich in.

Lio therefore calls on some of the biggest names of the new pop generation: Louane, Hoshi, Corine, Isia Marie, Betta Lemme, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Marie Darrieussecq and Sofia Portanet have all agreed to write for the Belgian-Portuguese icon.

Each text is written above all around an encounter and a transmission, and addresses themes common to all women, of every generation. Lio will be touring across France and on the legendary stage of L'Olympia in Paris on 17 December 2026!
