Lio - Tournée

Revealed by her iconic single Banana Split, Lio today stands as one of the greatest icons of French-language pop. The release of Banana Split in 1979 paved the way for a series of hits such as Amoureux Solitaires, Amicalement Vôtre, and Week-end à Rome, a duet with Étienne Daho.

With 11 albums to her name, Lio makes her grand return with a 12th studio album: Geoid Party in the Sky. A record born from the desire to return to her first loves and to pay tribute to the wonderful encounters that life has given her.

The wonderful encounters of her career come next, and that is above all what her new project is rich in. Lio therefore called on some of the greatest names of the new pop generation: Louane, Hoshi, Corine, Isia Marie, Betta Lemme, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Marie Darrieussecq and Sofia Portanet have all agreed to write for the Belgian-Portuguese icon.

Each text is written first and foremost around an encounter or a handing-down, and addresses themes common to all women, across all generations.

Lio will be touring throughout France and on the legendary stage of the Olympia in Paris on 17 December 2026!
