Overview
“CRYING IN THE HANDS OF STRANGERS” UNFOLDS A SENSITIVE MEDITATION ON OUR CONTEMPORARY SOLITUDES.
In this new creation for the Théâtre de la Ville, Abdullah Miniawy unveils a unique work, weaving whistles, strings, minarets, and bells into fragile symphonies, fragmented maqâms drifting through baroque textures. A call for communion in a fractured world, where contemporary human beings, illuminated by screens, are still searching for their breath.
