Marion Rampal + P.F Blanchard

: Marion Rampal + Pierre-François Blanchard - « Le Secret 2  » – Marion Rampal: vocals, – Pierre-François Blanchard: piano Since their first meeting, singer Marion Rampal and pianist Pierre-François Blanchard have been developing a shared language of interpretation that shakes up established rules.

Lovers of classical melody, blues, and French chanson, having collaborated with giants Archie Shepp and Pierre Barouh, they constantly seek a poetic and sonic link that transcends styles, laying bare the expressive heart of songs in delightful wanderings.

Arièle Butaux says of their duo: « Le secret is a nostalgic, whimsical, and sometimes comical invitation to look differently at what seems acquired, immutable, untouchable.

It is an impertinent and elegant stroll between Baudelairean spleen and the blues, guided by two respectful rebels whom no music could ever confine.

So, inevitably, their secret is special, bizarre, offbeat, a funny cocktail of poetry, classical music, humor, improvisation, with dizzying drops in refreshing colors, rivers and seas to sway and swing ».
