2026 marks 20 years since the release of the trio's debut album, formed by Marcella Puppini, which became the fastest-selling jazz record in British chart history.
What a journey for the group since: between world tours and development of a new British music scene blending mainstream pop and burlesque-inspired aesthetics.
The group created their originality by offering swing and cheeky reinterpretations of songs from all eras: from Mr Sandman, Jeepers Creepers and Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy (by Company B) to Heart of Glass by Blondie, Wuthering Heights by Kate Bush and Panic by The Smiths.
To celebrate their 20 years, the Puppini Sisters have more than one trick up their elegant sleeve. Marcella and Kate Mullins, original members, have reunited with Rosanna Schura, an early Puppini Sister.
The trio will release their seventh studio album in 2026, featuring original tracks and covers they've saved for the occasion.
