French Premiere Dates A blue carpet creates a common space between the audience and the performers, where two dancers engage in a hypnotic score, embodying desire, longing, hope, and loss.

Based in Berlin, Polish choreographer Ewa Dziarnowska advocates for a living, contact-based dance that prioritises relationship over distance. Ewa Dziarnowska and Leah Marojević, both dressed in blue, unfold an undulating movement in space.

In solo or in unison, they advance in silent contact. The proximity of their bodies breaks the audience's passivity: the gaze becomes movement, and movement a way of being seen — a reciprocity that disrupts classical performance.

Choreographer and performer, Ewa Dziarnowska is interested in improvisation as a method and philosophy. By paying attention to sensations, rhythm, and relationships, she explores how movement can generate knowledge and resist the pressures of coherence and productivity.

Carried by the present and a growing emotional power, This resting, patience envisions sensuality and dance as practices open to all: sensitive technologies capable of undoing the world and projecting a continuous present towards a sustainable future — intensely tender, vibrant, and attentive.
