Overview
The Opéra de Massy welcomes Tosca, an Austrian project formed in 1994, for a performance moving between electronic music, trip hop and downtempo.
Audiences in the hall discover a distinctive sound world, rooted in the downtempo movement and electronic music, inherited from the Viennese scene. Built on a discography begun in the late 1990s with the album Opera, this musical project founded by Richard Dorfmeister and Rupert Huber develops on stage a carefully crafted acoustic and synthetic aesthetic.
On the stage of the Opéra de Massy, the line-up performs its compositions in technical conditions suited to attentive listening. This show is aimed at lovers of finely produced electronic music, curious to hear live renditions of tracks released on Studio !K7. Spectators can thus appreciate the interplay between muted rhythms, melodic layers and instrumental textures.
