Faudel, full name Faudel Belloua (Arabic: فُضيل بيلوى), born on 6 June 1978 in Mantes-la-Jolie, Yvelines, is a French-Algerian singer, naturalised Moroccan, specialising in raï, and an actor.
Nicknamed “the Little Prince of Raï” and sometimes called Cheb Faudel, he achieved major success in 1997 with the track Tellement N'Brick. He also tried his hand at acting, appearing in the films Le Battement d'ailes du papillon and Bab el web, as well as in the TV series Sami, le pion.
