Hamlet is a Spanish heavy metal band from Madrid. The band's name is inspired by William Shakespeare's play Hamlet. Although formed in 1987, the band only became truly active from 1993 onwards. The band has a total of ten studio albums and has evolved significantly over time, inspired by bands such as Pantera, Sepultura, and Slayer.
